In the last month your company, under the supervision of Les Wilson, was in our plant to make repairs to our system. Les's high standards of work ethics and knowledge of the fire laws in relation to the condition of our system has helped bring our system back up to a dependable and functional condition.
While working in our plant Les and Mitch have displayed a safe and professional work behavior. They both have continuously participated in our STAC process with 100% of tasks analysis cards returned at the end of each work day. Areas of the plant that they work in are always found cleaned of any debris from them when they finish the job. Some places even cleaner after they finished a job than before they started working in the area.

"We appreciate you enduring the winter weather conditions yesterday to conduct the hydrant flow tests. Now that you've confirmed that the actual flow conditions exceed the initial design assumptions, we can finally start making some progress in getting the sprinkler system approved and installed!!
We've been extremely impressed by the professionalism and diligence of VFP Fire Systems since we first approached Keith about installing the fire protection system several months ago. You've spent considerable time on site determining the routing of the sprinkler piping in a fairly congested basement area. You've made good suggestions to simplify and reduce the fire protection system costs. Your shop drawings, product data, and calculations were comprehensive and detailed. While the completion of the flow tests were postponed until mid-February, you completed this testing as soon as we completed the potable water piping system even though that required you to perform the tests when we have a foot of snow on the ground.
I'll readily admit that we have very high expectations for our subcontractors. It is rare that a subcontractor meets or exceeds the standards of professionalism, safety and diligence that we set for ourselves. VFP Fire Systems has performed admirably on this project to date. We're very impressed and feel extremely comfortable with your company's abilities to complete this project in a timely, comprehensive, and quality manner.
